Trouble Shooting/ Enable Location Food4Kids Feeding Hope 50/50 Charity Raffle

** The website must be able to determine your location within Ontario before finalizing any purchase as per AGCO regulations. When asked about Location Services you must click ALLOW - If you do not, it will not allow you to complete the purchase. If this happens, close your session, start over and click ALLOW when prompted. 

If you need further instructions, below will help you enable location sharing for Android or iOS devices

 Chrome Browser:

  1. To the left of the web address at the top of the screen, tap the Lock icon
  2. Tap Site Settings on the bottom right.
  3. Under the permission section tap Location Access
  4. Select Allow for chrome to be able to access your location

 iOS Browser:

  1. To the left of the web address at the top of the screen, tap the AA icon
  2. Tab Website Settings on the bottom
  3. Tap Location
  4. Select Allow for chrome to be able to access your location

You must be currently located in Ontario to be eligible to play or visit the website of the Food4KidsWR50/50 Charity Raflle. Q1. I cannot access Food4Kids 50/50 Charity Raffle.  What should I do? 

You MUST be located within the province of Ontario at the time of your ticket purchase - as per AGCO regulations.. Your device’s location services must be turned on to verify your location prior to entry to the online Food4Kids WR 50/50 Charity Raffle sales platform. When asked to ALLOW this you must click yes ALLOW. If you do not, it will not allow you to complete the purchase. 
Users must also agree to all Terms and Conditions outlined. 

Q2. Why does Food4Kids 50/50 Charity Raffle require my location? 

Per AGCO regulations – you must be located within the province of Ontario at the time of your ticket purchase. Your current location will confirm your eligibility. You MUST click when prompted and ALLOW Location Services. 

Q3. What if I purchased my tickets, but I haven’t received them at my email address?  

  1.  Please check you junk mail or spam folders in your email account. If there, select “not junk mail/spam” and for future ticket purchases, these should go directly into your main inbox.  
  2.  Often simple spelling errors can easily occur when typing in details during the check-out process. You are responsible for entering your contact information in accurately. If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours, please contact jenn@food4kidswr.ca to retrieve your information and to send it to the correct address.
